For the blastning of metalurgical material, we use two pass-through track blasters TMT 20.6 and TTP 1A/II that enable to blast components dimensioned up to 600 mm x 2000 mm - 15000 mm (height x width x lenght). Both projectile blasters use steel abrasives that are shot against the material by spinning wheel blades. This method of blasting can be used for the production of sheets, profile material and weldments from the minimum thickness 4 mm. Smaller parts are blasted using grates. Blasted areas reach the degree of purity SA 2½, according to the EN ISO 12944 norm.
